There once was a little girl. She loved to write - from the very first time that she picked up a pastel zoom crayon at the age of six, she would sit for hours at a time to write and illustrate fairy tales, “news” bulletins, poems, short stories…

The little girl was also entrepreneurial. She quickly realised the value of her short colourful prose within her immediate network, and began to sell her stories to her parents, siblings, family friends and relatives for 20c a piece.

Flash forward more than two decades, and the little girl is all grown up – but she still loves to write!

Her name is Sarah Megginson and she is a writer and journalist based in Sydney, Australia. 

She is currently the editor of two entertainment publications: Ultimate, Australia’s highest circulating entertainment magazine available nationally through Sanity, HMV and Virgin stores; and www.thecelebritytruth.com, a celebrity news website that separates fact from fiction. She is also a regular contributor to SheKnows.com.

Sarah has a Bachelors degree in Communications (Journalism and Marketing), and freelances for several national magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Mortgage Professional Australia and Your Investment Property. She would love to write for you too!

In addition to writing features and web stories, Sarah is an effective copywriter, and in this capacity she works with several corporate clients to ensure that their marketing copy, website content, enewsletters and other written material is perfectly polished.
